Use of cabinets and trays
The figure in the left shows the Storsjön when it is extended.
For the ease of use, the cabinets have a small board on the bottom to prevent products of falling out. This is also to
prevent products touching a wet surface when closing the cabinet after a shower.
.
The Storsjön is designed to extend either to the right or to the left. The Storsjön can be build up with the extendable part sliding to the right side. By mirroring every part during the
assembly, it can also slide to the left.
The figure on the left shows the difference when the Storsjön is fully or partially extended. The cabinets and soap trays are in both positions still accessible.
The cabinets are designed for storing while the soap trays are designed for easy accessibility and every day use.
In the figure below can be seen that the soap trays are customizable. The height of the shelves of the soap trays can be varied, so the user can optimize the trays for his own use. The shelves of the soap trays have open slots, so when putting down a wet bottle, the water will not stay on the shelve, but will drip down.
